Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University.
• Knowledge of local/ regional language is mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Selection Process & Pay

• Selection through Prelims Exam, Mains Exam, and Language Proficiency Test (LPT).
• Final selection subject to document verification and medical fitness.
• Pay Scale: Approx. ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month including allowances as per LIC rules.
