Eligibility Criteria

• Senior Public Health Specialist: Essential Qualifications : Either 1 or 2 or 3 (1) MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) with MD (PSM/Community Medicine) / MD (CHA) / MD (Tropical Medicine) recognized by MCI or DNB (Social and Preventive Medicine / Community Medicine). OR (2) MBBS recognized by MCI with EIS Training Course Certificate. OR (3) B.Sc. in Life Sciences (Nursing/Biology /Microbiology/Developmental Biology & Physiology)/ BDS/BPT With (a) Masters of Public Health (MPH- Epidemiology)/ Diploma in Public Health (DPH-Epidemiology) OR (b) Master in Applied Epidemiology (MAE) from recognized University of India along with two years of experience in Public Health after acquiring mentioned post graduate qualifications; OR (c) PhD in Clinical Sciences/Medical Sc./Preventive Medicine/Human Physiology/ Pathophysiology /Epidemiology. Experience required: >10 years of field experience after obtaining essential qualification in implementing Public Health Programmes/ Interventions with a focus on communicable diseases.

• Assistant Public Health Specialist: Essential Qualifications: Either l or 2 or 3 (1) MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) with MD (PSM/Community Medicine)/ MD (CHM/ MD (Tropical Medicine) recognized by MCI or DNB (Social and Preventive Medicine/ Community Medicine); OR (2) MBBS recognized by MCI with EIS Training Course Certificate. OR (3) B.Sc.in Life Sciences(Nursing/Biology/Microbiology/Developmental Biology & Physiology)/ BDS/BPT With (a) Masters of Public Health(MPH- Epidemiology) / Diploma in Public Health (DPH- Epidemiology)OR (b) Master in Applied Epidemiology (MAE) from recognized University of India along with two years of experience in Public Health after acquiring mentioned post graduate qualifications; OR (c) PhD in Clinical Sciences/Medical Sc./Preventive Medicine/Human Physiology/Pathophysiology/ Epidemiology. Experience required: 0-3 years of field experience after obtaining essential qualification in implementing Public Health Programmes/ Interventions with a focus on communicable diseases.
• Microbiologist: Essential Qualifications: Either 1 or 2 (1) MBBS with MD/DNB in Medical Microbiology/Lab Medicine from Govt. recognized by MCI/DNB; OR (2) Master of Science (MSc) in Medical Microbiology/ Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences; with Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Microbiology / Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Biomedical Sciences . Experience required: > 3years experience of working in clinical microbiology laboratory services/ public health program after obtaining the post graduate degree/PhD.
• Entomologist: Essential Qualifications: M. Sc in Entomology/Zoology preferably Doctorate (PhD) in Medical Entomology. Experience required: > 5 years in the field of entomological investigations pertaining to Zoonotic diseases of public health importance during outbreaks, zoonotic disease surveillance in including plague surveillance in India.
• Veterinary officer: Essential Qualifications: • A Postgraduate Veterinary degree from a recognized university in Veterinary Public Health or Veterinary Epidemiology or Veterinary Medicine or Veterinary Microbiology or Veterinary preventive medicine or Veterinary Pathology. WITH • Registration in the Veterinary Council of India or Veterinary Council of States. Experience required: (1) > 5 years post qualification experience in Veterinary Public health or Veterinary Epidemiology or Animal Health. (2) Relevant experience in public health, preferably in disease surveillance and outbreak investigations.
• Food safety expert: Essential Qualifications: Either 1 or 2 (1) Bachelor’s science degree with nutrition/microbiology as one of the subjects from a recognized university OR (2) Masters in Applied Nutrition or Microbiology or Medical Microbiology from a recognized university Experience required: Essential: >5 years experience in Microbial hygiene indicators of food safety after acquiring Bachelor’s degree OR > 3 years experience in Microbial hygiene indicators of food safety after acquiring Master’s degree Desirable: Prior experience of working in lab for isolation and identification of food pathogens
• Admin Officer: Essential Qualifications: Either 1 or 2 (1) Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent preferably with specialization in Hospital/ Health Management. OR (2) Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent graduate degree preferably with specialization in Hospital or Health Management. Experience required: 5 years in Administration in public sector preferably in health sector After Master’s or equivalent degree OR 10 years in Administration in public sector preferably in health sector post after Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
• Technical officer (Finance): Essential Qualifications: Either 1 or 2 (1) MBA (Finance)/ICWA/CA OR (2) M. Com Experience required: Essential: (1) > 4 years experience post (MBA (Finance)/ICWA/CA in financial management. OR (2) > 7 years experience post M.Com in financial management. Desirable: Experience in handling projects supported by World Bank.
• Research assistant: Essential Qualifications: Graduate with Master Degree in Public Health (MPH) or Life sciences or Epidemiology or MBA in any Health discipline. Experience required: > 2 years of post-qualification work experience
• Technical Assistant: Essential Qualifications: B. Sc in MLT from recognized university Experience required: Essential: (1) > 2years experience in clinical Microbiology laboratory (2) Must be Proficient in computer applications (MS- Word, Excel and Power Point). Desirable: Work experience in bacteriology laboratory
• Multipurpose Assistant: Essential Qualifications: Graduate Degree from a recognized University/Institute Experience required: Essential: (1) > 3years relevant experience preferable In health programme. (2).Must have working Knowledge and Experience in Computer Application Desirable: (1) Typing speed 40WPM minimum Stenography speed 80WPM (2) Knowledge of filing ,Indexing, drafting And document management
• Training Manager: Essential Qualifications: Graduate with MBA, preferably in HR Management Experience required: >3 years of relevant post qualification experience preferably in health or social sector.
• Technical Officer(IT): Essential Qualifications: Either 1 or 2 (1) Post Graduate Degree in IT/Computer Science such as M.Tech /MBA (IT)/MCA/M.SC (CS/IT) OR (2) Graduate in IT/Computer Science such As B .E/B. Tech/ BIT/BCA. Experience required: (1) >4 years after Post Graduate Degree in Project planning and Implementation of Information Technology OR (2) >6 years after Graduate degree in Project planning and Implementation of Information Technology
• Data Analyst: Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Computer application or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Experience required: (1) Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Access) and preferably in other statistical software packages like SPSS, STATA etc. (2) 5 years’ experience post PG qualification of working in data analysis or M&E roles required.
• Data Manager: Essential Qualifications: Either 1 or 2 or 3 (1) Post Graduate Degree in IT or Computer Science OR (2) PG Diploma in IT or Computer Science OR (3) BE IT/Electronic. Experience required: Minimum three years’ post qualification experience of IT data management in a Health/Social Sector
• Communication Specialist: Essential Qualifications: Either 1 or 2 (1) Post Graduate degree in Mass Communication/Digital Media/PR OR (2) Post Graduate diploma in Mass Communication/Digital Media/PR. Experience required: (1) Minimum 3 years’ post qualification (Post Graduate degree) experience OR (2) Minimum 5 years’ post qualification (Post Graduate Diploma) experience

• Senior Public Health Specialist: 1. Rs.1,75,000/- (For MBBS with MD /DNB ) 2.Rs.1,50,000/- (MBBS With EIS training Course certificate) 3.Rs.1,25,000/- (For B.Sc. In Life Sciences)
• Public Health Specialist: 1. Rs1,25,000/- (For MBBS with MD/DNB) 2. Rs.1,10,000/- (For MBBS With EIS training Course certificate) 3. Rs.90,000/- (For B.Sc.in Life Sciences)
